Our over 30’s workshops suit people aged over 30 years plus, who live & work independently in the community, & lack confidence in social settings.
Evidence-based content that is rules-based & easy to follow.
Course notes provided.
Hands-on instruction & practise opportunities in a safe and supportive environment.
Our workshops are small, informal, & friendly.
Opportunity to book follow-up post-course Zoom sessions if desired.
